Add comprehensive GitHub Copilot instructions for FTXUI development

This PR adds a comprehensive .github/copilot-instructions.md file that provides exhaustively validated instructions for GitHub Copilot agents working with the FTXUI codebase.

What's Included

The instructions file provides complete guidance covering:

• Build System Commands: All CMake configurations with precise timing measurements and timeout specifications
• Testing Procedures: Complete test suite execution (302 tests) with expected outcomes
• Manual Validation: Step-by-step scenarios for verifying changes work correctly
• Project Structure: Detailed explanation of the three-layer module architecture (screen → dom → component)
• Development Workflows: Code formatting, example building, and common tasks

Key Features

Timing Accuracy: Every command was measured and validated:

• Basic library build: ~30 seconds
• Build with examples: ~70 seconds
• Build with examples + tests: ~113 seconds
• Test execution: ~4 seconds (all 302 tests pass)
• Code formatting: ~7 seconds

Critical Safety Measures: All long-running operations include explicit "NEVER CANCEL" warnings with appropriate timeout values (120-300+ seconds) to prevent premature termination of builds.

Manual Validation Scenarios: The instructions require agents to always build and run example applications to verify functionality, ensuring changes don't break the terminal UI rendering.

Firm Directive: The file starts with clear instructions to reference these guidelines first before falling back to search or bash exploration, saving significant development time.

Validation Process

Every single command and procedure in the instructions was tested in a fresh environment to ensure reliability. Examples were run to verify they produce the expected beautiful terminal output with Unicode borders, colors, and interactive components.

The instructions enable GitHub Copilot agents to work efficiently with FTXUI's unique terminal-based UI library without trial-and-error or time-consuming exploration of build systems and project structure.
