This app is made for those of us who don't have a workout partner. From the WODwell website: "One partner works at a time. Partner 1 completes a round, then Partner 2 completes a full round, then switch again."
Basically, when one partner is doing their reps, the other is resting. And since you don't have a partner, your partner is you. So however long it takes you to do your reps, that's your rest period.

This uses python and kivy to create an app.
The functionality is very basic right now: Enter how many rounds your workout is, hit "START". You'll have a quick countdown to start. Do your reps. When you're done, hit "DONE". Timer will count down however long it took you to complete your reps. Timer repeats for designated amount of rounds. Use "RESET" button to start over.
