RoadSignsMarkings

Procedural road signs and lane markings

This project contains a series of procedural textures for texturing road signs and road lane markings, suitable for use in a wide range of United States based road scenes. These textures were created using Substance Designer and have procedural texture parameters, hence the visual qualities of the textures can be modified by varying these parameters. Exposed parameters for editing each texture are exemplified below, including dirt level and text (where applicable).

Plugins for 3D game engines such as Unity and Unreal make it possible to directly use Substance Archive (.sbsar) files directly in-engine.

A general description of how to use these textures on 3D models is in the project wiki pages.

Textures and models are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, and the MIT License.
