XPlane.dll plugin for Windows Wireshark 4.2

Copy into a subfolder called "epan" under either your Personal Plugins Folder or the Global Plugins Folder.
These can be found within Wireshark -> Help -> About Wireshark -> Folders

eg Wireshark\plugins\4.4\epan\xplane.dll
