Using PwShell terminal to initialize the APIM sample with AZD (azd version 1.0.2 (commit 45e046b1ea9394bd4e1b1d539eb32e860d692fb))
Commands

1. azd up --template api-management-sample-apis OR
2. azd up template api-management-sample-apis

gives error

1. Error: unknown flag: --template OR
2. Error: no project exists; to create a new project, run azd init

Workspace Versions

1. $PSVersionTable.PSVersion-> 7.3.4
2. azd version 1.0.2 (commit 145e046b1ea9394bd4e1b1d539eb32e860d692fb)

2. azd auth login
3. azd up template api-management-sample-apis
