The model won't deploy with gpt4, but I don't understand why:

SpecialFeatureOrQuotaIdRequired: The current subscription does not have feature required by this model 'Format: OpenAI, Name: gpt-4, Version: 0613' and SKU 'Standard'.

Tried in both my subscription (which has GPT4 enabled) and the CDA sub, same error.
Model is available in the default region eastus2 (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/openai/concepts/models#model-summary-table-and-region-availability) so it's not that.

Update: I'm simply out of quota for GPT4 😢

Can't this be a boolean so we deploy with 3.5 as default, and exceptionally with 4.0?

There are more variants, for example gpt-35-turbo-16k, gpt4-32, gpt-35-instruct so it's better to keep the model fully configurable I think
