Please write the description of changes which can be perceived by customers into HISTORY.rst.
If you want to release a new extension version, please update the version in setup.py as well.

I should have updated the VERSION in version.py to 0.2.6. I will update the HISTORY.rst and commit a merge to main. Would you like me to create a new release for version 0.2.7 that contains the updates to the HISTORY.rst or would an update of the main branch be sufficient?
