[connectedmachine + arc] release preview version 2024-05-20

This release is targeting version 2024-05-20 of connectedmachine and using aaz. You will see all commands from the previous version with the following new commands:

az arc gateway: a set of commands that manage gateway for Arc machines
az connectedmachine private_link_scope network_security_perimeter_configuration: Manage network security perimeter configuration on an Azure Arc-Enabled Server
