The batched CI suddenly failed with
Message: The subscription '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' could not be found.from Sep 25, 2024.The Test Deb Packages and Test Rpm Package Azure Linux 3.0 fails. Not sure why distro use Python 3.9 still works.
The error is similar to #17185
