When a Bootik A change its Discovery toggle from True to False, notify other Bootiks that sent a whitelisting notification earlier

Context

As Bootiks' associations can depend of Discovery toggle but this value can be changed, we need a way to share toggle value changes to other bootiks.

Use case

Bootik's side

As a Bootik Owner, when I change my Discovery toggle value from True to False, my Bootik must send a Discovery value change notification to other Bootiks

Other Bootik's side

When I receive notifications from another Bootik that its Discovery toggle went from True to False :

• delete every article from its catalog on my Bootik
• change association statuts on Whitelist / request association with a Bootik from another Bootik #168 "Whitelisted Bootiks" tab to "Whitelisted but declined"
