- Add logic to detect if a drop has been reviewed before by checking for review events
- Extend the existing "Changes from Published Version" section to also show for drops that have been reviewed
- Display "Changes Since Last Review" title for non-EDIT_UNDER_REVIEW drops
- Auto-expand changes section for all reviewed drops
- Show appropriate message when snapshot is not available for older reviews
- Maintain backward compatibility with existing EDIT_UNDER_REVIEW behavior
