Updates boinc-server-docker to use latest version of boinc, more recent versions of Apache, MySQL, debian, etc.
To test:
git clone --recursive THISREPOcd boinc-server-dockersudo docker compose pullsudo docker compose up -d --buildBOINC server should now be running at http://127.0.0.1/boincserver/
