  1. Eddy/motion correct the Intrust case and compute UKF, both matlab and c++ versions, and compare
  • Run UKF on preprocessed DUKE V003 case using matlab and c++ - bad result so need to figure out why. Will compare c++ result with matlab result for our 3T data which gives good results.
  1. Check with Demian about a Slicer module for Eddy/motion correction
  • Hans uses DTIprep
  1. Contact Hans again about incorporating his improvements
  • Ready to be merged

  1. Simplify the user interface - put the advanced parameters/options under 'advanced options'

  2. Check with Steve about auto populating the parameters based on whether 2T, or 2T freewater is selected
