Add missing notebooks to notebook CI stage

A notebook test CI stage was added in #308, but not every notebook in the repo is being tested yet. The ones still missing involved larger models or datasets, but to prevent them from going stale we should still add them, if not to CI builds for every PR then at least to a cron job:

• dynamical_intro.ipynb (blocked by LogTrajectory does not handle edge cases correctly #396)
• instrumental_var.ipynb Instrumental example notebook. #555
• deepscm.ipynb (may be blocked by Deep SCM Notebook: Download dataset from web source within notebook #179)
• sciplex.ipynb
• automated_dr_learner.ipynb
