• zapline-plus got overhauled to be fully automatic including the detection of noise and adaptation of cleaning strength. removed zapline-plus from the pipeline code, it is now a separate repository and required to download from: https://github.com/MariusKlug/zapline-plus
• added support for the loading of generic physiological data

Minor:

• fixed stability issues and some small bugs
• added wiki with documentation and guides on usage

Important: the bemobil_config from v1.0 contains references to the old zapline-plus version, it is recommended to check the new bemobil_config and replace where necessary.
