About The Pull Request

Ports:

• Basic mobs can be sentience & mind transfer potioned. + simple access component tgstation/tgstation#63116
• Makes dog a basic mob [MDB IGNORE] tgstation/tgstation#70799
• Fixes dog fashion items not clearing up when removed from the dog & fixes armor vest dog fashion tgstation/tgstation#73743

Framework for more basic pets. Converts dogs into basic pets.

Why It's Good For The Game

Simple mobs suck. Ian is awesome.
