CudaText 1.195.0.6 for Haiku

CudaText packages for Haiku

Changes in this release:

• data files are now copied to /boot/home/non-packaged/data/cudatext
• python version has been updated to python3.9
• default_settings is copied to /boot/home/settings/cudatext

This realease was possible by building Lazarus and fpc with .
With Lazarus it was possible to build the components for (sources grabbed with the script ).
