I have added a
changePeriodhook that can be used to execute a function whenever the month / year is changed. It must return a Promise so as to allow asynchronous actions to occur and then continue with refreshing the UI after they have happened.I removed all the version numbers from the build script also because they do not appear in the released NPM package. (maybe this is a bad idea I dunno)
