Is there anything stopping this release from happening? The Windows fixes would be great to have as the tool is currently not usable on Windows. Thank you!

I'm not familiar with release-plz. What is going on here? 😅 Constantly rebasing the same thing. The renovate bot is extremely noisy here, is that what causes release-plz to not being able to release?
