A check has been added to detect quantized files introduced in a PR and validate their conversion and mapping to Akida. The MobileNetV2/Imagenet Alpha1 model has also been included, which requires 7 nodes.

python CI/check_model.py --model <path-to-model>can be used by developpers before requestion a PR
