Updated the following images:

Hasher:
- fix the version of Sinatra gem, since the new one had other dependencies
WebUI
- Update to node 23-slim base image. Since were getting syntax error when loading the Redis lib requirement
- Needed to update the webui file to use the latest version of the redis lib


          update the image since old one didnt work
