This wiki is mostly for developers and potential contributors.
First you need to look through the Workflow to set up basic development environment. It's strongly recommended to follow the listed steps for better cooperation.
For apache configuration, you can refer to VirtualHost, it's not necessary just in case you have any problem.
Last but not least, there are some Conventions we wish you guys can strictly follow. But please keep in mind that they are not limitations, you can challenge it. Our goal is better CAPUBBS.
