This LGTM, thanks! In the future we might ask Inform if they want to flag any jurisdictions with completely missing data for the latest week in the webtext.

In practice I think this will be very rare, and the <80% flag is more likely to be needed. But I think it's nice for completeness/future-proofing provided Inform agrees.
