User story

As a ReportStream onboarding sender/receiver, I need to easily navigate through the ReportStream website's onboarding content and tools so that I have a clear understanding of the process.

Background & context

In December 2024, the team reviewed and brainstormed solutions to the issues caused by a lack of a landing page for external users. (Slack notes). As a decision, the authenticated landing page MVP would be designed this quarter.

What user needs this addresses:

  • Short-term: Findabiltiy of the code mapping tool
  • Long-term: Clear landing page for logged in users to find what they need during their onboarding and post go-live journeys

Open questions

  • How do users navigate back to the auth landing page?

Working links

Acceptance criteria

  • MVP addresses both sender and receiver needs
  • Auth landing page design shared with Product / Eng for review
  • Auth landing page design ready for FE dev next steps
