Scale the message bank browsing experience

Problem statement

The message bank MVP is a simple but long list of test messages that requires the user to scroll down the page and visually scan for a specific message. A finding from usability testing was that the message bank will eventually need to scale to accommodate a higher volume of test messages.

What you need to know

Open questions

• What interactions will be available to the user? Ex. Searching, filtering? Per what criteria?
• Will previewing the message still function the same way (i.e. opening the full message in a new tab?)

Acceptance criteria

• Figma mock-ups demonstrate how a user can navigate through a large volume test message bank
• Reviewed with Product and Eng
• Next steps for FE implementation identified
