Problem statement

During the message testing automation MVP usability testing sessions, we found that users struggled to find the message testing tool. This ticket adds a button on the receiver settings page that should help surface the tool.

Improvement 1: Added new button

Improvement 2: Change existing button to primary style (currently outline)

Acceptance criteria

  • Improvement 1: "Test messages" button added to the receiver settings panel
  • Improvement 2: "Test a sample message" button style changed from outline to primary
  • Design added to PR for QA
