What

  • Accept ADR-003: Rust sender adoption — status Draft → Accepted
  • Record blocking-tier compat results for the Rust sender (v1.0.0) against C srtla_rec
  • Fix link-drop-high-rtt scenario to detect the Rust fork's reconnect log message (sender-agnostic, not a relaxation)

Why

ADR-003 acceptance is the formal gate for the srtla-send-rs cutover. Compat results prove the Rust sender passes all blocking-tier scenarios.

How to verify

  • grep "Accepted" srtla/docs/adr/ADR-003-rust-sender-adoption.md
  • ctest (from build dir): 186/186 pass

Risks

Low — ADR doc + compat notes + one-line scenario fix only.
