Added Conda-Forge Installation Steps to Docs

• Updated the README.md and docs/source/installation.rst to recommend installation via conda-forge, including detailed steps for creating a conda environment, adding the conda-forge channel, and installing the package. Also clarified alternative installation methods using pip and from source, and added a conda-forge badge.
