"Wow" Factor

We are proposing for "wow" factor a system that allows users to hold ratings that are descriptive of their roles as either a Task Requester or Task Provider. In particular, other users will be able to comment on and rate their experience while interacting and cooperating with other providers (if they were a requester) or requesters (if they were a provider). Any single users' rating is the average between all of their combined ratings, whether they were reviewed as either a requester or provider. However, the distinction can be made by examining their reviews to see if they perform better (in the eyes of others) as a requester or provider, since the reviews state specifically what role they were reviewed as.

User Rating

Each user should be able to rate their interaction with other users only after a task has been assigned a status of 'done'. For instance, a Task Requester may wish to rate the quality of a Task Provider's work or service. Conversely, a Task Provider may choose to rate the quality of interaction with a Task Requester. Consider that a Task Requester who pays a Task Provider in a timely manner may want to be identified as a high quality user. Likewise, a Task Requester may want to rate a Task Provider poorly if they provided low quality work. Regardless, a users' rating is still the average of all of their rating for both roles, collectively.

User Reviews

To accentuate and customize the User Rating experience, a section for text can be added to each rating. That is, each user rating can be accommodated by a textual review describing the experience of the Task Requester or Task Provider. This allows for a reviewing experience that is personalized and more descriptive.
