I tried on a "nacked" ubuntu docker with build-essential and cmake installed
- Building with default options -> builds successfully
- Configure with
cmake .. -DUNIT_TESTING=onwith fails with missing cmocka package - install cmocka as in the readme
- Configure with unit testing again and building -> Works

Updated CMake build to selectively build unit tests and check for availability of cmocka library.
