Creates an Python environment for running the Tropical Cyclone PRecipitation, Infrared, Microwave, and Environmental Dataset (TC PRIMED) Learning Journey notebooks. The environment can be reused with the Binder Project using the BinderHub deployment at mybinder.org to allow users to interact with the Jupyter notebooks without installing software.
For the TC PRIMED Learning Journey, the following scientific Python community packages are required
