Public Act 18-175 requires each executive branch agency to begin to manage data as an asset. In addition, it bolsters CT's efforts associated with open data.
- designate an Agency Data Officer
- inventory high value data
- create open data access plans
The purpose of this project is to track agency progress toward meeting the required goals of Connecticut's new data law
