Gerber Viewer for viewing Glass Mock Ups
I'm attaching the gerber file for the v2 glass pieces. You can tell these apart from the v1 parts because these have a small letter F in the bottom right corner of each chip. You can use this to tell whether the part is upside down or not. If you don't already have a gerber viewer you can download a free one from somewhere. I use the gEDA Gerber Viewer version 2.6A which more or less works although it has lots of quirks. I generally just use it for inspection and verification but you might find a better solution out there somewhere if you need to extract critical dimensions. Just for reference, the array of tiny octagons on the periphery of each 'sensor' correspond to the positions of the actual pixel bumps and they should be in the right place relative to the bond pads:
