Firefly χ version 2

Golden Golden 4! Version 2 of Firefly χ has been re-architectured to live up to its core purposes.

As far as running the system goes, simply

1. Download the code
2. Install listed dependencies
3. Create a config file named Config.yaml in configs/ that utilizes the correct plugins for the system (try something similar to irec2021.yaml for actual flight)
4. Set python3 main.py to autorun
