RecycleNet-DCGAN Release 1.0

Release 1.0 adds infrastructure for training a deep convolutional adversarial generative network (DCGAN) on trashnet recyclable waste images. The trained network synthesizes fake images, which can in turn be used as supplementary training data for the trashnet CNN itself by leveraging the tooling in this repository.
