Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for any future contests that I may or may not hold in the future.

The below Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without notice. Any change or changes will only apply to entries after said change(s). Any specific terms here will be superseded by specific terms mentioned in the specific contest. See the specific contest details page for more details.

• All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of entry (or the age of majority in entrant's state of residence).
• All entrants must be residents of the 50 United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and foreign-based U.S. embassies and military bases) and the District of Columbia.
• No purchase necessary.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Odds of winning depend on the eligible number of entries received.
• All entries are moderated prior to drawings. Disqualified and duplicate entries may be removed. Entrants may not be notified if they have been disqualified.
• Prize winner(s) are chosen at random using Rafflecopter, notified by their registered e-mail, and announced on the Rafflecopter form and Winners page. Winner(s) must respond within a timely manner (3 days), or the prize is forfeit and a new winner(s) will be selected.
• Liability for any applicable taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Awesome New Tab Page (nor its authors) will never share your email address or other personal information with anyone unrelated to the administration of giveaways.
• By entering and/or accepting a prize, all winners agree that Awesome New Tab Page (and its authors) will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this promotion.
