Three input formats of raw data in Open-3DSIM

OMX_Actin_488_1518.tif is the OMX input format form GE|OMX system
NSIM_U2OS_Actin_ex488_oil1512.tif is the NSIM input format from Nikon|NSIM system.
Home_U2OS_Actin_561_1518.tif is the Home input format from our home-built system.

The parameters is set in the code, users can use it directly.

Raw data of Home_U2OS_Actin_561_1518.tif may be not good enough because our home-built system is not mature.
It is only used as an extra input format.
