Description

Currently, some actions are performed to sanitize uploaded CellML models (forms.py). However, uploaded models can still fail to run due to lacking the proper annotations. It will be necessary to perform more rigorous validation during the upload process to ensure that models have all the correct annotations to run on Ap-Nimbus.
