Description of Changes

• added new hero section to students page with a featured team and some blueprint impact numbers
• fixed bug where blueprinter was not showing up on sponsors block
• converted students page blueprinter to white lines
• modified section and team profile components to take bg and centered props with the same types as block container and switched to flexbox instead of grid for sections
• changed hover behaviour and border color on teamprofile
• removed required property on students url field
• added new avatar field on users collection and created custom component to display image in admin panel
• modified BlockContainer to accept StaticImageData type for the image and allow style overwriting through classname
• added number-ticker component from magic-ui
• updated importMap and payload-types
