Initial Release

Major rework of the original code from original author back in 2019.

• Updated box to bento/ubuntu-20.04
• Created configure_ansible.yaml
• Moved large parts of configure_ansible.sh and install_ansible.sh to configure_ansible.yaml to improve idempotency
• Updated nfs_server.yaml to use ansible_facts for the server IP
• Updated to openjdk-11-jdk
