Fix issue with folders

Fix an issue where metrics could not be collected if the model contained a folder.

Fix export for cjs

Due to a configuration error, Directus could not load this extension. This is fixed now.

Custom Metrics

It is now possible to add your own metrics to the metrics endpoint.

Bundle Fix

The release bundle did not contain built .js files and therefore did not work with directus. This release fixes this.

Initial Release

This is the first release. This extension now publishes:

1. Basic http request metrics.
2. Collection size metrics.
