AEKS
The script (AEKS) automatically enables keyboard shortcuts for any SE site you visit.
To download and install AEKS, click this link for the latest stable version. As long as you have either GreaseMonkey or TamperMonkey installed, an install dialog should pop up.
AEKS doesn't require any configuration or user interaction.
The script will check if you have an account on the visited site. If that's the case, the keyboard shortcuts will be enabled.
When the setting is enabled, AEKS will no longer update the keyboard shortcuts setting for the site you're on.
This means you can opt-out of using keyboard shortcuts on individual sites.
In summary:
AEKS will update the setting:
- When you first visit the site before while logged in.
- When your
localStorage
for the site is reset.
AEKS will not update the setting:
- If you don't have an account on the site.
- If you've visited the site before, and manually disabled the setting.

The keyboard shortcuts setting isn't persistent across sites. This userscript removes the need to manually go into your profile settings to enable it.
Enabling keyboard shortcuts allows you to use the keyboard to moderate posts reported by SmokeDetector.
This allows you to flag a post as spam using the following keys:
M-F-1-Enter
Replace 1 with 2 for "Rude/Abusive".
