Addresses issue #15 by making the call to the external file asynchronous.
All the demos still work as before, however as it's asynchronous now, if you need to know when the replacement happens, you should rely on the
profaneTextcallback.I've only changed the non-minified version of the file in both the main directory and the demo directory.
