Description

• Added nvidia installation script with hardware accelration for arch systems.

Testing

• Tested on laptop running on DGPU mode
• Test this PR and let me know your feedback ( Changes maybe required )

Additional Information

• Libva is compiled with -Dwith_legacy=nvctrl meson build option to prevent the following error vainfo vaGetDriverNames error intel/libva-utils#356
• Only grub boot loader was implemented for kernel parameter setting nvidia-drm.modeset=1. Since I am currently using grub.
