ERL example

This is a very simple ERL example that consists of a linac with two cavities, and a recirculation arc represented by a Taylor element:

The tao.init file assigns keys to control the RF phase, and Length L, r56, and t566 of the return arc.

Try adding energy loss to the arc by adding the following element to the arc line:
