Fix the function write_input_file of Astra class

In version `0.6.1`, `write_input_file` needs input filename to be `astra.in` in the `else` statement. This causes the simulation to fail if user supplies an input file with a different filename. This commit fixes this issue by changing `astra.in` to `self.original_input_file`.
