Description
This is updates project to Next 13. But thats all for now, ie. with this we don't get any real benefits from 13:
Turbotrace is disabled for now (commented out), because of issues with Docker, this needs to be fixed in following PR. Turbotrace should make the static page generation faster.
Turbopack is not implemented yet on this PR. Seems it's not yet compatible with monorepos and has all kinds of issues, so this needs to be investigated later. Tutbopack makes dev builds a lot faster, but it's not yet for production.
Note: There was a blocking issue in which nothing would build and errros were pointing to somehow config object dropping out of react context. The real issue was just about mismatching dependencies between package patch versions; "@types/react-dom": "18.0.6" vs "@types/react-dom": "18.0.10" ! So for future reference, make sure all versions are aligned all the way to the patch when doing updates!
