Adds basic translation capability via mkdocs-static-i18n
Adds a link requesting "Help translating" and opening any given page (currently the groovyscript repo's lang folder)
Adds an example of the i18n features via
getting_startedDisabled
navigation.instant, as its incompatible. May be fixable via manually setting the url.
