Suggested one additional Recommendation for cloud customer. Have noted that Domains 3 & 4 do not discuss the "risk" dimension at all, whereas Domain 2 introduces it.... is there a disconnect here? Or if its intentional, then possibly a bold statement explaining why Risk is not carried through the whole 'Governance' section would be useful for readers?
