Handmade-haven website

This is a web development project for the code buddies team aimed at improving the team's collaboration and coding skills by building realistic project.

Overview

The project

  • Header having -logo and company name
    • Navigation Menu: Include a clear and intuitive navigation menu for easy access to different sections of the website.
    • cart
  • footer -social links -terms and conditions Etc

Landing Page:

  • Showcase featured products with high-quality images.
  • Include a prominent call-to-action (CTA) to encourage visitors to explore further or join the community.
  • View the optimal layout for the interface depending on their device's screen size
  • See hover and focus states for all interactive elements on the page

About us page

  • Share the story and mission of Handmade - Highlight the benefits of supporting local artisans ,culture,nature, aesthetics and sustainable practices.
  • Have staff member photos and roles etc

Join us page:

  • Provide information on how artisans and buyers can join Handmade Haven.
    • Include a form for interested artisans(sellers) and buyers to submit their application. Users should be able to:
  • Add their email and submit the form
  • See a success message with their email after successfully submitting the form
  • See form validation messages if:
    • The field is left empty
    • The email address is not formatted correctly

Buyer interface

-Search Bar: Implement a search bar for customers to easily find specific products or categories. -Product preview cards with -Product Images: Display high-quality product images with zoom functionality for detailed views. -Product Information: Provide essential product information such as price, description, and availability. -Add to Cart/Checkout Buttons: Place prominent buttons for adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout.

Backend stuff to be added here, not really into backend ,so a backend dev should contribute here
